The owner was friendly and helpful, family traditions, good location near the beach and Chioggia, great coffee and breakfast, comfortable beds and clean room.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the Christmas decorations were lovely. The room was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and several restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the local cuisine. The free Wi-Fi was also a nice perk.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The breakfast was lackluster, with limited options and mediocre coffee.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a great experience! the owners of the hotel were very warm and hospitable, which made us feel at home. the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a short walk to the beach and also close to a big supermarket. We also enjoyed the bike ride to Venice which was an amazing and beautiful experience.
The only downside of this hotel was the lack of a refrigerator in the room, which made it difficult to store some of our food items. the parking area was quite far from the hotel which was a bit inconvenient.

We had an enjoyable stay in this family-friendly hotel near the seaside. the location was convenient for those who want to explore the area, with easy access to the ferry Chioggia -Venice, walkable distance to the beach, and a short stroll to the town center. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with daily room service and spotless towels. We loved the delicious breakfast and the friendly and helpful service provided by the owners. the hotel also had good facilities such as a playground and bicycle rental.
The hotel lacked a refrigerator in the room, which was a minor inconvenience for storing cold beverages or snacks.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel facilities were sparkling clean. Parking was available and transportation was easy. The location was near the seaside and the ferry to Venice, and just a short walk to the Pam supermarket. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful in everything.
Everything was spot on.
